Reyem Technologies was born from a simple observation after two decades in the trenches. As a Country Director, CTO, and senior technology executive at multinational companies across technology, education, health, and services — Mario Meyer kept seeing the same problem: startups and growing businesses were full of ambition but lacked the strategic technology leadership to turn that ambition into reality.
They could hire developers, but they couldn't hire someone who had lived through the architecture decisions, the scaling failures, the governance gaps, and the hard-won lessons that only come from years of leading technology at scale. Hiring a full-time CTO was out of reach. Hiring a consultant who had never shipped a product wasn't the answer either.
So Mario founded Reyem Technologies to bridge that gap — bringing the kind of leadership he'd built over an entire career in enterprise technology to the companies that needed it most. Not as an advisor watching from the sidelines, but as a hands-on partner who rolls up his sleeves and builds alongside your team.

Meet Mario Meyer, Founder & CEO
Mario Meyer is a technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, platform development, and AI strategy across North America and Latin America.
His track record speaks in numbers: 50%+ faster delivery cycles, systems optimized from 10-minute to 10-second processing, $2M+ in annual savings through strategic contract renegotiation, and national infrastructure delivered 10% under budget — all while maintaining near-zero team turnover managing 200+ remote staff.
Mario currently serves as CTO for companies in pharmaceutical marketing and logistics technology, where he leads AI adoption initiatives, secures government funding for digital transformation, and architects platforms built to scale.
Certified in ITIL and COBIT, he holds an MBA in Strategic IT Business Management from FGV (Brazil), studied entrepreneurship at Babson College, and earned his BSc from PUC-Rio and University of Alberta.
